Brad Caudell joins NEPS as Senior Vice President

Salem, NH – NEPS, LLC, a leading provider of document process outsourcing services and technologies, today announced that Brad Caudell, an experienced print industry veteran, has joined NEPS as its Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing. In this role, Brad will be responsible for developing and implementing the sales delivery platform and marketing strategies that capitalize on NEPS’ proven ability to support emerging customer needs in the complex digital document publishing and content management market.

“Brad’s notable industry experience in sales, marketing, and business development, focused on the technologies our customers rely on to manage complex document delivery applications, makes him the ideal choice to accelerate our growth by helping our customers streamline their workflows and enhance their document production efficiencies,” said Denise Miano, NEPS President and CTO.

With more than 27 years of print industry experience, Brad has held a variety of key leadership roles including Director of Marketing at Wallace Computer Services and Vice President of Business Development at R.R. Donnelley.  During his career, Brad has been instrumental in the development and management of industry leading print management technologies and solutions while providing strategic direction for technology-based services offerings that help client organizations increase their communication and marketing effectiveness.  In these roles, he worked closely with major client organizations to design, develop, and deploy innovative document solutions across a broad spectrum of applications and industries.  Most recently, Brad served as Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Development for Hess Print Solutions.
