PrintXcel Introduces Hotline Number For Its VersaSeal Customers

Englewood,CO,September 9, 2003- PrintXcel, the leading supplier to the independent distributor market, recently added a hotline telephone number-1-866-VersaSeal – that customers can use to get answers to questions regarding the VersaSeal product line.  VersaSeal equipment uses pressure to fold and seal printed documents with pre-applied cohesive which does not require heat or water. Users can create self-mailers at their desktop using a complete offering of PrintXcel's stock or custom printed documents. There are models available for any size or type of business.  PrintXcelintroduced the VersaSeal hotline to provide better service and an easier way for distributors to call with any questions about VersaSeal's pressure seal products and services. The hotline allows customers to call a product specialist who can advise on service issues, troubleshooting, forms specifications and referral information. In the event that the specialist cannot answer a specific question, they have access to all sales, marketing and engineering personnel who can supply answers to specific questions in a timely manner.
