Printcafe Increases Development Staff & Customer Support for Growing Customer Base

PITTSBURGH, PA (September 9, 2003) - Printcafe Software, Inc announced today several initiatives to better serve its growing ranks of Hagen OA, Logic and PSI customers including increasing development and quality assurance staff by 11 staff members, across all three product lines. "At Printcafe’s users conference in May, we promised to bolster our staff and enhance our core print management systems, and we are delivering on that promise," said Marc Olin, CEO. "By increasing our R&D staffing by 20% across all of our core ERP products, we are able to continue building and delivering best-of-breed solutions, and provide our customers with the software tools they need to increase their revenues, reduce costs and manufacture more efficiently." Printcafe also announced the successful roll out of a new Internet-based, customer SupportCenter to users of the PSI, PSI Flexo, Hagen OA, and Logic SQL print management systems. The SupportCenter lets customers place and track service requests 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. "The launch of the Printcafe SupportCenter creates an additional layer of support for our customers that will enable us to provide faster and even more efficient customer service. said Olin. “With the acquisition of Printcafe by Electronics For Imaging expected to close in October, we are committed to further enhancing our customer services through additional staffing and innovative services like the SupportCenter.”
