Chicago, IL, – Radius Solutions, Ltd, announced that Fred Rosenzweig, president of EFI, will keynote its upcoming annual users conference in Chicago, July 21-23rd.  Dr. Kenneth Stack, GM of EFI Jetrion inkjet solutions, will also be a general session presenter at the event.   

This year’s conference will run for two and a half days, beginning with an executive track of general sessions on the first day.  The event will open with an address from the president of the North America Users Group, Dennis Linnevers of Multi-Color Corporation, followed by a company update from Radius Solutions’ President and CEO, David Taylor. 

As the keynote presenter, Mr. Rosenzweig of EFI will address ways to build customer intimacy by developing a culture of customer-driven product development and service.  Mr. Rosenzweig has been president of EFI since January 2000.  He has also served as chief operating officer of EFI as well as executive vice president.  During his tenure with the organization, he has influenced the company’s tremendous growth by adapting the organization’s development and distribution of products and solutions to address customers’ evolving needs.

Along with general sessions, the conference will feature a variety of client led sessions and Radius Solutions’ consultant led technical and operational break-out sessions.  These sessions will provide opportunities for education and sharing best practices for the PECAS Vision application and its underlying technology.  Areas such as Business Intelligence, Shop Floor Data Collection and Forecasting will be covered in detail.  The addition of a Finance track is new this year, based on input from the user community.

The North America Users Conference is specifically designed to help clients maximize the value of their investment in Radius Solutions.  “We had excellent feedback about the very high quality event we held last year for our customers and we expect this year’s event to be even better.  We will have more sessions, more networking opportunities for sharing important information and we anticipate greater attendance,” said Mr. Taylor.

A unique feature of the event is the opportunity it provides clients to have immediate input into the direction and development of the PECAS Vision application.  Clients also have the ability to meet with senior level staff from different areas of the Radius Solutions organization.  Several partner organizations will also be represented at this year’s conference.
