Presstek to sponsor EXECUTIVE OUTLOOK Conference

Reston, VA - The Graphic Arts Show Company (GASC) has announced that Presstek will serve as a sponsor of this year's EXECUTIVE OUTLOOK Conference. The sponsorship marks Presstek's second year of supporting the popular full-day technology trends conference. The 15th edition of EXECUTIVE OUTLOOK will be held in Chicago's McCormick Place on Saturday, October 2.  GRAPH EXPO 2010, the year's largest graphic communication exhibition and conference in the Americas, opens the following day, running from October 3 - 6 in McCormick Place.

Indeed, this year's EXECUTIVE OUTLOOK Conference themed, "The Challenge of Change in the New Era of Print," will emphasize: the technological shifts taking place in print; which products are fueling that shift; and, how graphic communications professionals can best use that technology to gain a competitive advantage in today's recovering economy. In addition, EXECUTIVE OUTLOOK will provide economic and marketing information, as well as print trends and forecasts.

A highlight of the EXECUTIVE OUTLOOK Conference each year is the announcement of the MUST SEE 'EMS nominees, a roundup of the most intriguing and game-changing technologies and products exhibited at GRAPH EXPO. As the name implies the MUST SEE 'EMS provide a roadmap of the technologies and products that GRAPH EXPO attendees should most see at the show.

New to EXECUTIVE OUTLOOK this year will be the announcement of the Positively Print program award recipients. The program recognizes graphic communications companies that most successfully promote the power of print in their communications. During the conference luncheon, each nominee will be introduced and recognized for the important role they play in artfully-and effectively-promoting the enduring value, effectiveness and power of print in today's media mix.

Recognized as the commercial printing, publishing, mailing and transactional exposition for the Americas, GRAPH EXPO 2010 themed, "The Next Generation of Print," has been designed to offer a customized show-going experience to a diverse spectrum of attendees.  The exhibition will offer the latest graphic communications technologies in live equipment demonstrations across the expansive show floor and education on the most in-demand products and profit-making opportunities.  This year's GRAPH EXPO will mark the debut of News Print-the newspaper pavilion, and will also feature six other special interest sections on the show floor.  These include PackPrint, covering package printing; Future Print, featuring two of today's hottest technologies Printed Electronics and RFID; the Mailing & Fulfillment Center, the industry's largest mailing event anywhere in the Americas; the second annual GREENspace, a showcase on sustainability and eco-friendly products and services; and the Prepress/Software-Design and Press/Finishing sections.
