CGS expands North American Sales Organization

Hainburg (Germany) / Minneapolis, MN – CGS Publishing Technologies International, global leader of color management solutions, digital proof systems and specially formulated media, is pleased to announce the expansion of it's North American sales organization. Due to unprecedented sales in the first half of this year, CGS has divided the Eastern Region into 2 regions to provide better support for current and future customers.  Shawn Lowe has been appointed Northeast Regional Sales Manager and Greg Kennedy has been appointed Southeast Regional Sales Manager .

Greg Kennedy joins CGS from The Pitman Company where he served as Sales/Account Manager in Birmingham, Alabama.  He has more than 20 years experience selling printing equipment and supplies.  He got his start in prepress and production management, which has been an asset to success in sales.  Prior to joining The Pitman Company he represented Xerox in the Birmingham market.  Prior to Xerox he spent 14 years at Fuji Graphic Systems (formerly Enovation) in sales and sales management positions.  Greg and his family live in Helena, AL.

Greg Kennedy said regarding his new position, "I am very pleased to be joining such a well respected company as CGS.  I look forward to helping customers in the Southeastern Region with all of their color management requirements.  CGS has the most comprehensive range of products to satisfy the needs of all types of graphics communication firms."

Shawn Lowe joins CGS from Niche Media LLC where he served as Manufacturing Director.  He comes to CGS with an extensive magazine and newspaper production background.  At Niche Media he was a CGS Color Tuner user.  He brings a unique perspective and understanding of how CGS solutions fit into all types of production.  Shawn has held management positions at the New York Times and Leaders Magazine. Shawn and his family live in New Jersey.
Shawn Lowe said on joining CGS, "I know my knowledge and experience in production and workflow process will be quite valuable to my clients.  The ORIS products sell themselves. I want to be a resource, and support for my clients. This position is unique for me in that it allows me to help and provide the best tools on the market in managing color."
