Neenah offers new BlackBerry App

Press release from the issuing company

ALPHARETTA, Ga. -- Neenah Paper has launched the second in a series of wireless applications for BlackBerry smartphones. This new innovative application provides mobile access to Neenah’s Stock List Guide, a useful and convenient tool for sales representatives as well as anyone who specifies premium paper.

By simply entering the brand name and color of any premium paper from Neenah Paper, the user will immediately be able to view that paper’s stock offering, including finishes, weights, sizes, M weights, sheets per carton, and digital sizes when applicable, as well as environmental attributes like FSC certified, Carbon Neutral, Green-E, Green Seal certified, and recycled fiber content. This information can then be emailed to anyone in order to simplify and expedite the paper decision process.

“Paper is a major consideration in the planning stage of any project. Knowing what size or weight is available in a particular brand or color can have a real impact on the outcome of the project, especially when the project consists of several components or requires a mix of weights and colors,” says Ellen Bliske, Senior Associate, E-Commerce for Neenah Paper. “Access to this information from anywhere can be invaluable to our customers.”

Speed, mobility, and up-to-date information are important factors in any business transaction. Within the paper industry Neenah Paper is leading the way in effectively using today’s technology to offer a better way of doing business. To download the free BlackBerry application visit www.neenahpaper.com/mobile.  Here you will also find the Neenah Paper Eco Calculator BlackBerry application available for download. The Eco Calculator allows the user to instantly calculate the environmental savings from using paper made with post consumer fiber as well as the savings from using paper made with 100% renewable energy. Together, these two applications support the user in making an informed paper decision.
