Polestar Adds Blue Tomato To Portfolio

Press release from the issuing company

Polestar Petty has printed the first issue of the latest free magazine to be distributed in London. Blue Tomato is aimed at dynamic Londoners looking for the best that the capital has to offer in food, drink and lifestyle. Initially, the magazine will be distributed on a bi-monthly basis in some of London’s busiest and most fashionable locations, including key commuter, tourist and shopping points.

The magazine was printed at the Leeds company after the publisher reviewed a number of suppliers. Managing Director Darren Hassall says: “Obviously we considered other printers, but when launching a magazine, the proven track record of a supplier is paramount. Polestar Petty met all our criteria, with a prestigious client list, a cost effective price and impeccable service from the team.”

He continues: “As Blue Tomato is a reusable, invitation-led publication and not a “throwaway” magazine, we expect a loyal readership to grow, as it differs from other lifestyle magazines which have a shorter shelf-life of days or weeks. Advertisers will have the opportunity to reach a large number of lifestyle and brand conscious customers, while readers will be captivated by the latest articles and features from some of the biggest names in London.”

Polestar Petty Managing Director Chris Bowen adds: “We are always pleased to be involved in the launch of a new and exciting magazine like Blue Tomato and we look forward to working with the company as it goes from strength to strength.”
