Leo Wiltgen Promoted To POD Sales Specialist For Screen

Press release from the issuing company

ROLLING MEADOWS, Ill. - December 10, 2008 - Screen (USA) announced today that longtime Regional Sales Manager Leo Wiltgen has been promoted to the position of Sales Specialist for print-on-demand (POD) solutions, effective December 1.

The POD Sales Specialist provides sales leadership in an assigned territory, utilizing resources to reach existing customers, new potential prospects and competitive accounts for Truepress series digital printing systems.

In keeping with Screen's goal of establishing itself as a leading supplier to the digital POD market, the Truepress series creates new opportunities for printers. Screen offers Truepress direct imaging and inkjet printing systems that satisfy a wide range of on-demand applications.

The Truepress 344 direct imaging press is ideal for four-color, short-turnaround, small-lot printing. The Truepress Jet520 full-color inkjet web press excels at on-demand production of local magazines, newspapers, textbooks and transactional printing. The Truepress Jet2500UV grand-format UV inkjet printer delivers the highest quality in large-size sign and display printing. The Truepress Jet650UV flatbed UV inkjet printer is designed for highly precise industrial materials printing.

"It is impossible to overstate the critical importance of the POD revolution," said Bill Brunone, Vice President of Targeted Inkjet Solutions. "Given the ongoing development of Screen's Truepress technology, a consumer would be hard-pressed to distinguish between a POD product and one printed with the conventional offset method. We envision full-color magazines, newspapers, posters, video cases and CD sleeves, in addition to books and transpromo marketing materials, being released using Truepress POD systems. Think of the extreme creativity and choice this would allow print buyers."

As a POD Sales Specialist, Wiltgen will focus his sales activities on the Truepress 344, Truepress Jet520 and Truepress Jet2500UV.

Wiltgen joined Screen in 1990. As a Regional Sales Manager, he covered Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, South Carolina and Tennessee.

In November, Screen announced the appointment of Cameron Brown as a POD Sales Specialist. The appointment also became effective December 1. Brown will concentrate on the Truepress 344, Truepress Jet520 and Truepress Jet2500UV, as well as the Truepress Jet650UV.

Both Wiltgen and Brown will report directly to Brunone.
