TKS and Goss International agree to settle

Tokyo Kikai Seisakusho, Ltd. (TKS) and Goss International Corporation (Goss International) have agreed to settle their respective disputes with each other and are in the process of taking steps to end pending litigation in the United States and Japan as well as pending legislative and administrative matters in the United States.
The terms of the agreement are not public. Both parties acknowledged that the resolution was in the best interest of their companies and their customers, allowing them to offer their full product line to the U.S.A. market .
