Smith, president of Mars Graphic Services of Westville, New Jersey, announces the engagement of Dick Gorelick, the CEO of Dick Gorelick Associates of West Chester, Pennsylvania, to provide expanded advisory services to its direct mail clients and prospective customers.  Gorelick was recently named the Graphic Art Association Neographics "Person of the Year" for 2008.

Smith explained, "We are known for supporting our customers' profitability and success.  Dick Gorelick will be providing our clients with advice, one-on-one consulting and in group seminars and surveys.  We are fortunate to have retained Dick because he is the graphic communications industry's foremost expert on direct mail communications, postal and distribution affairs.  Dick will help our customers save money and make money.  Dick's bi-weekly newsletter is coveted by direct response companies and direct mailers throughout the United States.  We want to restore Mars to its former growth and profitability and have hired two of the industry's top brains to help us get there."

Smith went on to add that Mars has retained Compass Capital Partners to provide advisory services for various corporate development and marketing projects.  Harris DeWese, Compass CEO, will be working directly on these projects.  DeWese was a long term friend and partner of the late Steve Marcus who founded Mars Graphic Services.  DeWese related that, "The addition of Dick Gorelick to our endeavors is powerful.  Dick is one of the top five geniuses in our industry."
