Afton Inc. Formed to Market Jomac Roller Material

Kent, Washington; (July 20, 2008) -A new company-Afton, Inc.-has been formed to market the popular Jomac Ryno and Jomac HydroMetric roller material, as well as Jomac spill control products.  Jomac, which was acquired by Base-Line in 1998, offered the Jomac roller material to Jomac licensees.  When the Jomac line of dampener covers was sold in 2004, together with the Base-Line offerings of layout sheets, the roller material and spill control products were not included in the transaction.  Now, the former Base-Line owner has formed Afton, Inc., in response to demand for the Jomac products.  Representation is being sought in various geographic markets and to support industries that can benefit from Afton technology.
 
Afton is a new company formed in response to demand for Jomac roller material and Jomac spill control products.  Based in Kent, Washington, Afton provides roller compounds required by roller manufacturers and remanufacturers around the world.  The Jomac line of roller material offered by Afton is highly regarded in the printing industry, as well as in other applications requiring product consistency and reliability.  Jomac spill control products find wide application in a variety of industrial environments.  All Afton products are made in the United States.
