Press-sense Quote

The principle behind Business Flow Automation is simple, notes Press-sense CEO Shlomo Ben David, (aka Benda). The Print industry is in the middle of a major shift from a craft manufacturing business into a dynamic service oriented business. Everything has become OnDemand -- print, marketing, books, transactional, and more. Our BFA solutions enable our customers to become market leaders within this new environment: to grow their business by implementing an advanced professional upstream-service platform for their clients, and at the same time creating a very dynamic, efficient and profitable backend and fulfillment operation.

Using the many production and management tools that embody the BFA principle, service providers achieve access and control of all of their strategic processes, allowing them to more effectively manage their business and production data, and ultimately deliver print services more profitably. The wide acceptance of BFA by the industry leading players and customers, as will be shown at Drupa, represents the urgent need for new platforms and solutions that enable this transformation.

About Press-sense iWay

Press-sense iWay, the flagship product in the Press-sense Business Flow suite, is a complete, Web-based, end-to-end, print-on-demand workflow and management solution that allows users to create, customize, order, print and deliver in one streamlined operation. In addition to the basic iWay platform, add-on modules are available for extra functionality, making it scalable from small shops to large, complex operations. iWay is available in a stand-alone, hosted or multi-site configuration. Ease-of-entry options have a well-defined upgrade path that allows the solution to grow as the users business expands.

Press-sense Manager

Press-sense Manager is a straightforward print management solution that enables small and mid-size printers to capture and control analog services (phone, fax) and input the data into their business flow. It combines MIS, CRM and asset management functionality to manage the job cycle at an affordable price -- enabling printers to have confidence in the profitability of a job. Unlike solutions that have grown from estimation tools into management information systems (MIS), Press-Sense Manager was designed from the outset to meet the specific print management challenges faced by small commercial print houses and print-on-demand suppliers.

Press-sense Omnium

Press-sense Omnium is the optimal Business Flow Automation solution engineered exclusively for print businesses.  It provides critical data on all business and production processes - in real time. Recognized as a winner of 2006 and 2007 Must See Em awards at Graph Expo, Press-sense Omnium integrates, streamlines and automates the entire print house operation, including sales, production, MIS and finance. Built on a JDF-based data structure, Press-sense Omnium is the only solution that fully automates the process of converting customer intents into comprehensive production and fulfillment plans. It completely automates the flow of business information and data.
