The microsite runs alongside the existing Sun Chemical website and allows visitors to keep abreast of the company’s breaking news in the build-up and during drupa 2008, the world’s largest exhibition for the printing industry.

The content includes details of the products and services that Sun Chemical plans to showcase during the exhibition, including brand colour management system SmartColour™, the innovative WetFlex™ technology and specific new products for the graphic arts industry.

Under the theme of ‘Working for You’, Rudi Lenz, Sun Chemical’s chief executive officer and president, gives a video message welcoming all visitors to the microsite.

In his message, he says “At this year’s drupa 2008 trade show, I am putting our team of industry experts at the visitors’ disposal. We will show how the extraordinary people of Sun Chemical are working for our customers to deliver quality, service and innovation.”

Pop-up animations are used to highlight this message and emphasize four key areas of the market that Sun Chemical will be focusing on: Packaging, Publishing, Commercial and Industrial.  Mr Lenz also makes reference to some of the products that will be demonstrated at the show.

Visitors to the microsite can register to claim a free battery operated mobile phone charger, which can also be used on Blackberrys and PDAs. These chargers can be picked up from the Sun Chemical registration desk on Stand B75 in Hall 6 at drupa 2008.
