Milwaukee, Wisconsin, (November 02, 2008) —RBP Chemical Technology and New England Newspaper Supply Company—popularly known as NENSCO—have announced a partnership designed to benefit the newspaper market. RBP has acquired the well-known Nensco Liquid GoldTM line of fountain solutions and will manufacture them at its Milwaukee headquarters. The Liquid Gold line, as well as certain RBP products, will be jointly marketed by RBP and NENSCO. In addition, the two companies will cooperate on product development, warehousing, and customer support. Research and development efforts will be conducted in the state-of-the-art RBP laboratories, to accelerate the introduction of several new NENSCO products that are already being field tested. NENSCO will service newspaper markets in the northeast and south, while RBP will be the exclusive distributor of these products to the midwest and west.
The RBP-NENSCO partnership capitalizes on the strengths of both companies. Henceforth, newspapers can be assured that NENSCO and RBP products will be developed, manufactured, distributed and supported in the most efficient and effective manner possible, providing the greatest value to newspapers around the world.
