Press release from the issuing company
Foster City, Calif. – Sept. 19, 2007 – EFI, the world leader in customer-focused digital printing innovation, today announced it received seven Must See ‘em awards at Graph Expo 2007 (Sept. 9-12, Chicago’s McCormick Place), the greatest number earned at one time in the company’s history – and a tie for the most awards given to one company at this year’s event.
“In our largest exhibit to date, Graph Expo 2007 enabled us to showcase all of our technology solutions and to demonstrate to customers and potential customers how our newest Fiery, VUTEk, Jetrion, workflow and Print MIS solutions increase automation, efficiency, cost savings and new revenue stream opportunities for print service providers,” said Frank Mallozzi, senior vice president, worldwide sales and marketing, EFI. “Our 13 nominations – the most of any participating company – and ‘personal best’ seven Must See ‘em awards further validate that our solutions are delivering what our customers need to succeed in today’s competitive marketplace.”
A panel of 16 leading industry consultants and trade magazine editors award Must See ‘ems to the products and services representing the technology trends that will impact virtually all types of printers or converters. More than 650 companies showed more than 6600 products at Graph Expo '07, with 125 receiving nominations. Seven EFI products were among the 82 identified as the most compelling by the judges and awarded Must See 'ems. These awards include “Worth-a-Look” designations, meaning the panel deems them especially important for niche markets and selected groups of printers or converters. The winning products are:
