Itasca, IL, April 13, 2007 - Punch Graphix, through its Xeikon brand, will demonstrate a diverse range of digital color print applications at the On Demand Conference and Exposition in Boston from April 17-19, 2007.
The applications will be printed on the Xeikon 6000, the fastest digital color press in the market offering graphic arts quality. Xeikon’s exhibit will also feature its powerful digital front-end, the X-800, and Xeikon FA (Form Adapted) toner technology.
The applications to be demonstrated at the Xeikon booth include fully personalized color transactional statements, direct mail pieces, posters, calendars, brochures, menu cards and presentation folders. Xeikon will also produce security printing and enhanced color gamut applications utilizing the fifth color station of the Xeikon 6000. In addition, the Xeikon booth will showcase the other three members of the Xeikon Family – the Xeikon 5000plus, the Xeikon 4000 and the Xeikon 330 – through an assortment of marketing collateral.
Xeikon’s exhibit will also feature its workflow solution partners such as the Now Technology Group, Printable Technologies, Lexigraph, Pageflex and Press-sense iWay. The workflow partners will demonstrate a range of web-to-print applications, including the production of personalized calendars for booth visitors. Furthermore, the Xeikon booth will display videos and presentations of finishing solutions that work in conjunction with the Xeikon technology for the production of print-on-demand applications.
