Cupertino, CA, December 2, 2008 – IO Integration (IOI), a systems integrator focused on building workflow efficiencies for advertising agencies, commercial printers, and other media companies, announces the acquisition of RedPath Group Inc., a systems integrator in San Francisco, CA.

As of November 17th, 2008, RedPath Group, a premier San Francisco-based provider of computer technology and services to the graphic arts industry, has transferred its customer base and operations to IO Integration, Inc. With this agreement, IOI retains RedPath principal and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Damian Diaz, along with outstanding support contracts. As part of the agreement, Mr. Diaz joins the IOI staff to provide continuity in managing the transition of all sales and support for RedPath customers as well as taking the lead for the strategic marketing efforts of IOI.
