Cupertino, CA, December 2, 2008 – IO Integration (IOI), a systems integrator focused on building workflow efficiencies for advertising agencies, commercial printers, and other media companies, announces the acquisition of RedPath Group Inc., a systems integrator in San Francisco, CA.
As of November 17th, 2008, RedPath Group, a premier San Francisco-based provider of computer technology and services to the graphic arts industry, has transferred its customer base and operations to IO Integration, Inc. With this agreement, IOI retains RedPath principal and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Damian Diaz, along with outstanding support contracts. “IOI’s outstanding reputation for providing IT solutions and customer support in the graphic arts industry is second to none. This is a perfect fit for both RedPath and our customer base and I couldn’t be happier with this move,” says Damian Diaz, president of RedPath Group, Inc. “RedPath customers have grown accustomed to a very high level of customer support and by joining IOI, clients will now be able to receive an even broader level of services and product offerings—with a more robust nationwide customer support system from the best technical team in the industry.”
As a national integrator, IOI's extended reach of service with this acquisition will benefit its entire customer base. IOI’s deep understanding of both the customer and industry specific technologies will provide for a seamless transition for all parties involved. As a leading Value Added Reseller for both Xinet and Apple Computers, along with its expertise of Dalim Software, IOI will provide the opportunity for RedPath clients to further grow their current businesses by expanding the products and services they are able to offer.
"The acquisition of RedPath Group will result in an increased level to our overall business by expanding our client base, while at the same time providing additional sales and marketing support for our growing nationwide organization. Damian Diaz brings with him over a decade of industry experience and an impeccable reputation of working well with clients. We welcome him as the most recent addition to the IOI team," remarks Mike Holt, President of IOI. "Additionally, RedPath Group customers should rest assured that during this transition period IOI will honor and support all existing service contracts originally with RedPath Group, as well as our integrated workflow solutions."
