Printing & Customer Care Newsletter Wins Gold at This Year's Azbee Awards

Alexandria, VA - August 9, 2007 – The Document Management Industries Association's (DMIA) Printing and Customer Care monthly newsletter took top honors at the 2007 American Society of Business Publication Editors' (ASBPE) Azbee Awards. The newsletter received the gold Azbee in the category of E-Newsletter Tips/How-To/Service Journalism for the quality of writing, report and editing, development of subject, presentation and value to readers.
"It's an honor for our work to be recognized by ASBPE, and we're thrilled to have won gold," said Darin Painter, contributing writer for the newsletter. "More importantly, it speaks to the value of DMIA's e-newsletter and the customer service representatives who rely on it."
The Printing and Customer Care newsletter provides quality articles to advance the education of customer service professionals in the printing industry. DMIA submitted the April and December 2006 issues for consideration by the ASBPE. These issues included valuable 'tools to use' articles such as the Customer Satisfaction Survey, the Questionnaire for Lost Customers, and the Blueline Checklist.
