Press release from the issuing company

Dayton, Ohio, February 5, 2008 —WorkflowOne, one of North America's leading providers of print, promotional products and supply chain services, today announced that Thomas Rizzi has been named vice president of Strategic Sales, reporting to Scott Berry, senior vice president of Sales. In this newly created position, Rizzi will lead a sales channel focused on targeted vertical markets and large account opportunities.

"We created the new function of Strategic Sales to leverage the burgeoning relationships that WorkflowOne is forming with technology leaders like SAP (NYSE: SAP), Four51 and others that can help us deliver leading-edge solutions to our best customers," Berry said. WorkflowOne launched its joint marketing agreement, which will be led by Rizzi and his team, to SAP America's sales force in Las Vegas on January 14. "By focusing a sales channel on the specialized needs of key vertical markets and very large organizations, WorkflowOne can develop tailored, enterprise-wide programs that generate value across the entire print and promotional products supply chain."

Rizzi previously served as vice president of sales for WorkflowOne's Southwest Division, which covered eight states in the southwest and western U.S. He has more than 20 years of sales and sales management experience with multinational companies in the print and packaging industries, including Anchor Glass Container Corp., Riverwood International, Graphic Packaging Corp.  (NYSE: GPK), and Renaissance Mark.

Rizzi earned a bachelor of arts degree from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pa. He currently resides in Denver, Colo.
