CC1, Inc. appoints Bill Babbitt as Field Service Engineer

August 2, 2007 -- CC1, Inc. continues its expansion with the addition of Bill Babbitt as Field Service Engineer.  
Bill comes to CC1 with a diverse background in field service and system installation. He has almost 20 years of experience as an Electro-mechanical Technician at National Semiconductor in South Portland, Maine, performing preventive and emergency maintenance on production equipment. Bill has also worked for TAC Worldwide on all aspects of installing an automated package processing system. His technical expertise and trouble-shooting abilities are a great asset to CC1’s field service team.
“We are very excited to have Bill join our group,” enthuses Robin Mills, Vice President of Operations. “We spend many hours interviewing Field Engineers searching for the qualities that are so pronounced in all of the members of our Customer Service Team. Bill brings to CC1 a balance of exceptional customer service skills, as well as troubleshooting capabilities that will suit our needs while servicing our installed base of Automatic Register Control Systems and Web Videos.  Additionally, he will be responsible for actively promoting the use of CC1’s remote Service Capabilities through Internet and Modem which are offered on all CC1 Equipment.”
