IdentiSys Inc. Acquires 4Site Systems

Eden Prairie, MN —July 13, 2007 -- IdentiSys, Inc. today announced that it has acquired the assets and ongoing business operations of 4Site Systems, Inc., a provider of efficient workflow solutions for both standard and custom digital scanning, variable printing, finishing and mailing applications. Terms of the purchase were not disclosed.
Founded in 2000, 4Site Systems, Inc. is a Minneapolis-based company that specializes in the sale and integration of software, hardware and equipment used for the storage and delivery of digital information using print, e-mail, fax, CD/DVD or over the Internet.
“Many customers have been looking for a solution for high quality, on-demand preprinted cards as well as unique promotional or fulfillment pieces,” said Debra R. Ferril, President of IdentiSys, Inc. “Now IdentiSys will be able to satisfy these requirements and help them deliver new offerings to their markets.”
The 4Site Systems product offerings include production solutions for digital B&W, Magnetic Ink Character Recognition (MICR), highlight color, production color, high-volume transactional, large format, label, envelope and ID card digital print solutions. These solutions include a complete range of digital finishing and mailing options to enable the development of a complete application from start to finish.
4Site personnel who will be joining IdentiSys bring extensive experience in the printing, direct mail and fulfillment industries. Their knowledge and relationships with customers and vendors ensure a smooth transition.
