Marc Fors joins Prospect Smarter as Managing Director

Tampa, Florida - November 15, 2007 - Steve Tingiris, founder-owner of Prospect Smarter Inc., today announced that Marc B. Fors, has joined the company as Managing Director in their Tampa headquarters where he will be responsible for corporate strategy, business development, and industry partner relations.
Marc has over 30 years of experience in print and print software solutions. Most recently Marc has been Chairman of Printable Technologies Inc. of San Diego and President CEO of httprint Inc. of San Francisco.
Marc began his career with Donnelley as a Corporate Marketing Director and later as Vice President of Magazines. One of the founders of Maxwell Graphics, he helped build the company through acquisition to over $900 million and conclude its sale to Quebecor in 1990. Mr. Fors went on to serve as Chief Operating Officer of Quebecor Printing (USA) Inc. during its highest years of profitability.
As President and CEO, of American Signature Graphics he led the turnaround of this $300 million magazine and catalog printer and concluded the sale to Quebecor-World in 1997. Mr. Fors has also served as President and CEO of Sheridan Books Inc. where he charted and led the recovery and combination of BookCrafters Inc. and Braum-Brumfield of Ann Arbor, MI.
