Press release from the issuing company

Minneapolis, Minnesota, April 2, 2007, Barrycon Productions, an independent event organizer for Adobe products and producer of the Creative Suite, InDesign, Vector and Pixel conferences, today announced the results of their 2007 Creative Suite Conference held in Miami Beach, Florida, February 28 through March 3, 2007. The event organizers are excited to report record-breaking attendance, marking the event as the largest Creative Suite Conference to date. With over 430 people in attendance, the conference attendees included users from Fortune 500 companies to colleges and advertising agencies. The Creative Suite Conference was sponsored by Adobe, Andromeda Software, Avondale Media, Create Magazine, CreativePro.com, Enfocus, Extensis, Graphics of the Americas-Xplor, InDesign Magazine, Lynda.com, Markzware, Master Colors, Peachpit, Teacup Software, Total Training and Virginia Systems. Also, renowned instructors, such as David Blatner, Ben Willmore, and Sandee Cohen collectively presented over 25 individual classes, 5 half-day tutorials and 2 full day classes at the Creative Suite Conference. In addition, the instructors were accessible throughout the conference for informal Q&A and mentoring. “As a first time attendee to a Barrycon Productions conference, I was very impressed with the high caliber instructors and the material that was covered throughout the Creative Suite Conference, “ said Kara Flanagan, marketing director and Adobe Certified Instructor (ACI) for New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. “ I especially enjoyed access to the instructors allowing me to ask questions that were not covered in the session as well as the appropriated sized classes which allowed for a better learning experience.” Held in conjunction to the Graphics of the Americas-Xplor exhibition and conference, The Creative Suite Conference attendees were also given access to the event’s exhibition floor, which showcased products from the printing and graphic arts industry. For example, the Design City Hall allowed visitors to view the latest products and technologies including software, digital imaging, stock photography, digital cameras, fonts and clip art vendors as well as software solutions including color management, hardware, pre-press, workflow and proofing systems. Based on response from the Creative Suite Conference attendance and demand for application-specific curriculum, Barrycon Productions will be hosting The Pixel Conference, for Adobe Photoshop users, on April 30-May 1, 2007 and The Vector Conference, for Adobe Illustrator users, on May 1-3, 2007. Both the Pixel and Vector Conferences are scheduled to debut at the Chicago City Centre hotel and will offer multiple-day and half-day session passes as well as full platinum passes, which permits access to both conferences. In addition, all attendees will receive a detailed conference workbook containing notes, presentation slides and graphics supplied by the instructors from every conference session.
