CGS Publishing Technologies International GmbH Appoints Trevor Haworth CEO

HAINBURG/ MINNEAPOLIS, November 21, 2007 - Trevor Haworth, President and CEO of CGS Publishing Technologies International, LLC, Minneapolis, Minn. has been elected to the board and appointed Chief Executive Officer (Vorstand der Geschäftsleitung) of  CGS Publishing Technologies International GmbH, Hainburg, Germany.
Haworth-s appointment is part of an organizational restructuring combining the strengths of leadership of both companies in the United States and Germany. "CGS products have led the industry in digital proofing and color managed workflows, and have resulted in substantial growth in market share and employees worldwide," explains Haworth. "CGS has become a true multinational company with first class people in all major markets.  The new management team provides a wealth of experience to continue that expansion further into focused market opportunities."
Trevor Haworth founded CGS LLC in the United States nine years ago. Prior to his role at CGS, he held various sales, marketing and management positions with Du Pont in Germany and the United Kingdom;  Crosfield Electronics Ltd in the United States and the United Kingdom; and Dicomed Inc. in the United States. Haworth will continue to manage the U.S. company.
As part of the strategic reorganization, Andreas Kämmerer will act as Chief Operating Officer and board member leading product development and operations.  Jan de Maeyer, Chief Technology Officer and board member, will be responsible for strategic projects and will relocate to CGS in the United States for closer cooperation with strategic U.S.-based partnerships. Jürgen Erler is appointed Chief Financial Officer with responsibility for finance and administration.
