Responsive Solutions, Inc. and Convertible Solutions Form Alliance
Press release from the issuing company
July 31, 2007, St. Petersburg, FL - Responsive Solutions, Inc. (RSI), an industry leader in digital variable communications announces that Convertible Solutions, LLC, Sedalia, MO has selected Customer +, as its customer-facing digital print tool. Convertible Solutions will implement RSI’s Storefront Portal, and Dynamic Layout+ modules, which will enable Convertible’s customers to easily and quickly design, configure, order and print a wide variety of pre-converted documents, on-demand. Additionally, Convertible’s full line of configurable self-mailers will be available to any other licensed RSI customer who so desires.
The Best Price/Performance in the Industry
Convertible Solutions surveyed the entire market for digital print and e-commerce solutions, and selected RSI’s product suite for several key reasons. Convertible’s Managing Director, George Fry recently said, “We chose Responsive Solutions because the product suite was half the price, and more feature-rich than its more well-known competitors. RSI has really raised the bar with Customer +.”
Customer + is a suite of software which enables printers, both large and small, to provide web-to-print services, e-commerce shopping carts, variable print and fulfillment services. In providing these services, printers are able to move upstream in the value chain and not be relegated to commodity pricing and treatment.
“Printers usually do not have a place at the table when their clients are discussing strategy and Internet-based solutions. Our product line allows the printer to provide high-value services to its pre-existing customers, and to pursue new customers at higher margins,” remarked Frank Miller, President of Responsive Solutions, Inc.
In addition to licensing RSI’s product, Convertible will also have the benefit of exposure to RSI’s customer network. For new as well as existing customer who so desire it, Responsive Solutions will provide Convertible’s templates on the system at no additional charge. These accounts can then expand their product portfolio to include Convertible’s high-value configurable self-mailers. RSI’s customers benefit by offering many more products to their users, and Convertible extends its reach in the market place.
“The strategic relationship we’ve established with Convertible Solutions is much more than that of a customer and software vendor. The alliance is a true win-win-win. Responsive’s other customers win by gaining access to a world-class supplier of converted paper products, and Convertible wins by acquiring our software and exposing its products to many more users,” Miller said.
“RSI’s corporate culture is one of responsiveness, flexibility and doing whatever it takes to help its customers succeed. This alliance is a great example of that, and gives us the ability to grow our business – both domestic and international – exponentially,” said Fry.
