FlexDigital Reports Positive Results Using Exstream’s Dialogue Software

Press release from the issuing company

August 21, 2007 -- Exstream Software, LLC today announced that FlexDigital, a full service mailing and marketing services firm located in Birmingham, AL, reports positive results using its Dialogue software as a common platform to produce a full spectrum of high-volume and on-demand personalized communications for its customers. With a commitment to being a complete, cutting-edge outsourcing solution for its customers, the company reports Dialogue is allowing it to cost-effectively produce high–quality, four-color, variable direct marketing materials, as well as “transpromo” invoices and statements, that up-sell and cross-sell. FlexDigital is also saving customers substantial costs by reducing paper and postage through document consolidation and householding (i.e. combining documents for a household into a single envelope). Using Dialogue, FlexDigital reduces page counts for several statement and billing customers, automatically prints full-color variable correspondence for a state university from streaming data off their FTP site, and manages over 700 versions of highly variable letters for financial services clients. Additionally, customers can book orders, view proofs online, audit job progress, and utilize e-statement services through a secure FlexDigital service called “FlexVue.” Producing multiple outputs from Dialogue allows FlexDigital to present sensitive communications through the mail and the Internet.
“We’ve built our company on service, speed, and the ability to respond quickly to changing customer demands,” said Alan Thompson, co-owner of FlexDigital. “Many customers who initially came to us for direct marketing services now want us to handle their transactional document needs. Dialogue is so versatile that it allows us to do both. With its reputation for being the best in the marketplace, Dialogue is helping us attract new customers and deliver our services with complete confidence.”
The company also reports improved productivity using key Dialogue features like dynamic white space management for personalized messaging, 2D barcoding, variable color printing, and the ability to output multiple print and electronic formats from a single design.
“FlexDigital’s impressive growth is fueled by its desire to provide high-level service with personalized mailing and marketing solutions that are unique for each customer,” said John Nitti, vice president of Diversified Services for Exstream. “We are pleased Dialogue is delivering on the promise of creating attention-getting business communications while optimizing printing and postage costs.”
