Vertis Communications Names David Glogoff Vice President And Deputy General Counsel

BALTIMORE (February 15, 2007) – Vertis Communications today announced David Glogoff has been promoted to vice president and deputy general counsel. Glogoff’s extensive background in business, finance and environmental law, as well as general litigation will play an integral part in his role at Vertis. Glogoff will manage the day to day legal matters for Vertis Communications’ operations including customer and vendor contracting, human resources support, litigation, real estate, environment and safety support, intellectual property, marketing support, and international legal issues. “David’s impressive legal experience and deep knowledge of Vertis Communications make him the ideal candidate for this position,” said John V. Howard, chief legal counsel for Vertis Communications. “We are confident in David’s ability to handle Vertis’ operational legal affairs.” Glogoff joined Vertis in 2000 as associate general counsel and was promoted to deputy general counsel in 2005. Prior to joining Vertis Glogoff was a corporate associate in the business and finance group of the law firm Smith, Stratton, Wise, Heher & Brennan, and a litigation associate at the law firm of Flood, Johnston & McShane, where he specialized in environmental law and general litigation.
