Dynagram launches entry-level imposition solution for Adobe Acrobat

Press release from the issuing company

Quebec, June 11th 2007 -  The brand new ATOM edition opens new possibilities for small or medium commercial printers looking for a powerful and intuitive, yet affordable, imposition solution for PDF. Specifically designed for contemporary printers, it allows for end-to-end PDF prepress workflow when coupled with a PDF-enabled RIP. inpO2 ATOM’s Wizard walks you through the entire imposition process to create press-ready files. Fine-tuning can then be performed directly within Acrobat’s intuitive light-table interface.

Imposing your job in 5 easy steps
In inpO2 ATOM, press sheets are large PDF pages and the layout elements (press marks, page numbers, page outlines, etc.) are pure PDF objects. Document pages to be imposed are flown seamlessly in their native PDF environment. Being part of Acrobat thus allows for a WYSIWYG imposition application with three different view profiles for working, proofing and output.

Integrating inpO2 ATOM in your environment
inpO2 ATOM has been designed for commercial printers working in a composite PDF environment with in-RIP separation. inpO2 ATOM offers controls for full compatibility with any PDF-enabled RIP and preflighting system. The PDF version can be selected at output and validated against PDF source documents. inpO2 ATOM is compatible with the latest Adobe Acrobat 8 (Mac and Windows) and runs natively on both Intel and PowerPC-based Mac computers for increased performance. inpO2 ATOM is available in English, French and Spanish.

inpO2 ATOM can be purchased through your preferred graphic arts suppliers or online at: http://www.dynagram.com/ATOM. An evaluation version is available to test-drive inpO2 ATOM in your production environment. For more information, please contact [email protected].
