Edina, MN—February 7, 2007 -- IPA has elected Bob Childs, COO of Digital Color Image, Pennsauken, New Jersey, to serve as chairman of the Board of the industry’s leading association for premedia and graphic solutions providers. The following officers were also elected: 1st vice chair, Gail Ludewig, president/ CEO, TotalWorks, Chicago; 2nd vice chair, Chip Harding, vice president/COO, Harper House, Dallas. David Schawk, Schawk, Inc., Des Plaines, Illinois, is past chairman. Roni Buczynski, managing director, Vertis, North Haven , Connecticut, serves as IPA treasurer; and Kent Hatterick, Beck: Premedia Workflow Compression, Atlanta, Georgia, is secretary.
