Press release from the issuing company

BOULDER, Colo., Jan. 18 -- Johnson Printing has announced that it is merging with Mountain Graphics, a Denver commercial sheetfed printing concern. Kevin Wright, owner of Mountain Graphics, will be the owner of the merged company, which will continue to do business as Johnson Printing. Mr. Wright stated, "Many changes are taking place in the printing industry, and we recognized that the complementary strengths of our respective organizations could be combined to create a formidable, competitive company. We're going to build the organization by efficiently delivering terrific products and market-leading service." JP President Jerry Johnson added, "The technological, structural, and competitive landscape has changed dramatically in the printing industry -- particularly in the past decade. We're very excited to see Johnson Printing join forces with a state-of-the-art sheetfed firm, and look forward to seeing Kevin build upon a solid foundation of success."
