NEW ORLEANS, LA - January 16, 2007 - Blanchard Systems, an integration company providing sophisticated digital prepress solutions, announces it has been appointed master distributor for Dalim Software products in North America, supporting a network of resellers in the U.S. and Canada. In Blanchard Systems' renewed role, the company is responsible for channel development and support and training, as well as customer technical support and operator training. Blanchard Systems, as a shareholder of Dalim Software, has unique insight into the company and its products. To bolster their efforts, the company also announces it is employing Gary Dolgins on a consulting basis to develop and manage the company's dealer network. Thus, Gary continues the work he commenced while a consultant for Dalim Software. In preparation for the company's new assignment, Blanchard has methodically put in place a complete support infrastructure, ramping up its internal communications and breadth of technical expertise. In addition to building a web support portal for resellers and customers, Blanchard is providing back-up support for installation and training. Dalim Software will continue to maintain a strong business development presence in North America, providing resources for customers and Blanchard Systems, as well as acting as a voice and liaison with headquarters in Germany. Dalim Software maintains its role as the customers' ultimate technical resource as the developer of the software solutions they use. Meanwhile, noted industry consultant Gary Dolgins-who has a long affiliation with Blanchard Systems-has been asked to build upon the work he conducted for Dalim Software. Prior to his recent tenure as CEO at Citiplate, Dolgins was an advisor for companies such as Dalim Software, for whom he was charged with the development of the company's reseller network in North America. Dolgins often called upon Blanchard Systems for product and strategic counsel, while also administering Dalim Software reseller policy to Blanchard.
