Kindy most recently served as Senior Managing Director of FTI's Forensics and Litigation Consulting practice in New York. Prior to FTI, Mark held positions including CEO of Applied Discovery, Managing Director at BearingPoint and Partner at Andersen, where he worked for more than 14 years in their litigation consulting business.
