As part of a long-term global relationship, leading laser and ink jet solutions provider, Domino Printing Sciences plc, has sold the 2000th A-Series continuous ink jet printer to Tetra Pak, the leader in the development and manufacture of systems for the processing, packaging and distribution of liquid foods. Domino's hugely successful A-Series is the world's best-selling continuous ink jet printer with more than 80,000 installations worldwide.
As a result of extensive collaboration between the two companies, focusing on customer requirements for a 'one-stop' solution, Domino and Tetra Pak have developed an integrated package for customers which combines Domino's proven coding technology with Tetra Pak's well-established filling and packaging equipment for liquid food processing plants.
Ola Holmqvist, Purchasing Manager at Tetra Pak, responsible for the Domino account, says, "We originally chose Domino as our partner based on its world class manufacturing capabilities, the quality and reliability of its advanced A-Series range as well as the global after sales service. Seven and a half years on and our relationship is even closer. This successful partnership is the result of continued commitment from both companies to provide efficient and cost-effective lines as well as the best possible service to Tetra Pak's customers."
