Dai Nippon Printing Signs Reseller Agreement with Stibo Catalog to Resell Step in Japan

Press release from the issuing company

AARHUS, Denmark--Dec. 6, 2006-- Stibo Catalog and Dai Nippon Printing Co. Ltd. (DNP) are pleased to announce the signing of an agreement that allows DNP to resell STEP in Japan using the brand name Pro-V. Furthermore, DNP announced that it has received written commitment from two large Japanese corporations, who will be using Pro-V as their global product information management solution and to support all of their catalog and marketing collateral production. Both customer implementations are already in progress. After thoroughly evaluating multi-channel marketing and product information management solutions, DNP chose STEP because it is proven, state-of-the art technology that is already being used by many of Europe's and North America's leading businesses. Equally as important in the decision to partner with Stibo Catalog was the stability of the company and its dedication to continuous development of STEP. As part of that commitment, STEP has already been ported onto a Japanese operating platform. As part of the Stibo Group, which also includes Stibo Graphic, one of Northern Europe's leading print facility, Stibo Catalog has a similar corporate background as DNP and both companies 'speak the same language'. Andreas Lorenzen, President of Stibo Catalog US said: "The partnership between DNP and Stibo Catalog is a win-win. The corporate cultures of the two companies are very similar, and both companies are very dedicated to this partnership. Our joint Japanese customers are already benefiting from getting access to market leading technology from Stibo Catalog, and support and services from a respected and trusted brand in DNP."
