Ricoh to Display Advanced Document Solutions at 2006 ARMA Conference

SAN ANTONIO, Oct. 22 -- Ricoh Corporation is featuring various document solutions at the 2006 ARMA International Conference and Expo at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, TX from October 22 to 25, 2006. Ricoh, located at booth #685, is showcasing the capabilities of its solutions as well as increased workflow efficiency that can be achieved from the use of these sophisticated technologies. Exhibitors present the latest trends in record and information management each year at the ARMA International Conference and Expo. This year, the conference focuses on storage solutions. DocumentMall, an off-site web-based storage system that allows user to save and post information outside of an organization, is also prominently featured at the show. Extremely cost and resource effective, DocumentMall extends the capabilities of Ricoh products past print jobs and into electronic document storage. Easy to maintain and update, the solution provides 24/7 accessibility from any computer with an Internet connection and the ability to archive information without occupying valuable memory on a network server. To round out the solutions Ricoh is featuring its Network Fax Systems that are designed for today's demanding document distribution needs. The Network Fax Systems devices offer storage of digital files and automated distribution of documents via the Internet. Through the use of these facsimile solutions, users can expect to see an increase in network productivity and will see the security benefits of distributing electronic and hardcopy documents via secure connections. In addition to Ricoh's solution package, it is also displaying its Caplio PRO G3 GPS-ready digital camera. Using the geo-imaging solution, this camera allows for image delivery to e-mail and devices across the globe. Images seamlessly integrate into map-based software applications, creating a new level of efficiency and increasing the image capabilities in a workgroup. Users will enjoy the functionality and cost efficiency of this highly sophisticated and intelligent solution.
