The Printing Industries of Wisconsin (PIW) announced today than an operating board has been installed for the new Harry V Quadracci Printing Education and Technology Center, located at Waukesha County Technical College in Pewaukee, WI. While construction continues on the 23,000 sq-foot facility slated to open in March, the operating board has begun its search for an executive director who will serve as the chief operating officer of the center.
“The construction of the Harry V Quadracci Printing Education and Technology Center creates an exciting period for the printing industry in Wisconsin as it will serve as the primary hub for learning, research and technology within the printing cluster,” said N. Niall Power, president and CEO of PIW. “It’s essential that we find a dynamic individual to coordinate the many activities that will take place in the center and establish strategic relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, trade associations and commercial printers.”
