October 19, 2006 – Anacomp, Inc., an industry leader in outsourced document management solutions, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Imaging Acceptance Corporation (IAC) of Warrenton, Virginia. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
IAC has been a strong player in the federal government sector performing scanning and other document services. “We believe this acquisition will afford us production synergies and expanded capabilities in our government operations,” stated Thomas Cunningham, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Operations, Anacomp.
