Quebec – October 12, 2006 – Dynagram, the provider of the widest range of imposition solutions, announced today that the International Cooperation for the Integration of the Processes in Prepress, Press and Postpress (CIP4) organization and Printing Industries of America/Graphic Arts Technical Foundation (PIA/GATF) have officially approved DynaStrip as being CIP4-certified. This certification attests to DynaStrip’s interoperability conformance with the CIP4’s JDF specification, Layout Creator to Imposition ICS Level 1 and Base ICS Level 0, as required to ensure the exchange of JDF files through hotfolder with other JDF-enabled and CIP4-certified prepress systems, such as workflows and RIPs. “Product Certification is key to driving interoperability within a JDF workflow.
