Grafikom acquires Grenville Printing Limited

TORONTO, Oct. 4 -- Grafikom LP announced today the acquisition of Grenville Printing Limited in Toronto, Ontario. Grenville Printing Limited, privately owned and operated by President Bill Burke, provides commercial printing, new media, folding carton production, inventory management and fulfillment. Established by the Burke family over 35 years ago and with a customer base that includes many Fortune 500 companies, Grenville has developed a formidable niche market in the music and consumer goods packaging industries. Grenville's solid reputation in the printing industry offers unique solutions to all their customers' printing requirements. The addition of Grenville to the company's current Toronto location, grafikom.MIL, will substantially increase Grafikom's presence in Toronto and combined, will create one of the largest sheetfed printing resources in the province.
