Four51 to Deliver SAP Integrated Business Management Solution for Small and Midsize Print Distributors

Minneapolis, Minnesota, October 4, 2006 -- Four51, Inc. today announced that it has an agreement with SAP America, Inc. to deliver a new integrated e-commerce business management system serving the specific needs of small and midsize print distributors and print suppliers. The relationship is being announced at the annual Print Solutions Conference and Expo, hosted by DMIA October 3-5 in Chicago, IL, and intends to combine the best-in-class business management solution of SAP Business One with the dynamic electronic marketplace and software-as-a-service solution of Four51.

Four51's Business Management solution based on SAP's Business One solution will provide a comprehensive, easy-to-use, affordable solution for print distributors and suppliers by offering full integration of Four51's electronic trading functionality into the SAP Business One business management solution.
