CHICAGO, Sept. 21 -- Oce, a global leader in digital document management and delivery solutions, today launched an integrated marketing campaign to expand market awareness about the revolutionary capabilities of new Oce VarioPrint 6250 digital printer.
The Oce VarioPrint 6250 is the world's most productive duplex digital printer. With unmatched speeds of 250 duplex letter prints per minute, it is up to 70 percent more productive than other high-volume cut-sheet duplex systems. The Oce VarioPrint 6250 helps print operations expand their services, maximize productivity, and drive down costs for breakthrough performance.
The new campaign, themed "Breakthrough Performance," uses dramatic graphics and equally dramatic performance numbers to capture the attention of corporate and commercial print executives. Focusing on the exceptional results that are possible, the ads highlight the impressive numbers the Oce VarioPrint 6250 demonstrates in overall capacity, productivity improvements, reliability and cost effectiveness. This messaging is designed to communicate to print professionals the potential for breakthrough performance in their own operations.
"Oce is known for leading the market in transactional and continuous feed solutions and has additional strength in the office space with the acquisition of Oce Imagistics. Now with the introduction of the Breakthrough Performance campaign, Oce is building its brand awareness and highlighting the revolutionary business results that corporate and commercial printing operations can achieve with the new Oce VarioPrint 6250," said Joseph Skrzypczak, currently President and CEO of Oce Imagistics and recently appointed President and CEO of Oce North America, effective December 1, 2006. "As we expand our presence in the markets we serve and aggressively target growth, establishing awareness of the Oce brand and our value proposition is essential to success. We are confident the Breakthrough Results campaign will support our objectives."
The campaign of print and online advertising and direct response marketing will launch in the US in September and continue into 2007. Ads will run in leading industry magazines, where they will be seen by thousands of print professionals. The campaign will be featured at the upcoming Graph Expo conference, providing the opportunity for the graphic arts marketplace and corporate print professionals to experience breakthrough performance up close.
"The Oce VarioPrint 6250 provides customers in corporate and commercial markets a new alternative in the high volume cut-sheet market," said Mal Baboyian, President of Oce Digital Document Systems. "Through the revolutionary Oce Gemini Instant Duplex Technology, the new Oce VarioPrint 6250 addresses these customers' requirements for speed, efficiency and productivity with a degree of innovation that has never been achieved before in this category."
The campaign was developed for Oce by Gyro International ( http://www.gyrointernational.com ) based on research into the needs and perceptions of graphic arts and corporate print professionals.
