CommonWealth Purchasing Group Relies on WorkflowOne for Print Management

Press release from the issuing company

Dayton, Ohio, September 11, 2006 -- WorkflowOne, one of North America's leading providers of document and business process outsourcing services, announced that CommonWealth Purchasing Group has signed a two-year contract naming WorkflowOne as the nationwide print provider for its 175 member healthcare providers and affiliates. The contract, estimated to be worth more than $2 million, designates WorkflowOne as the group's preferred supplier for documents, forms and labels. CommonWealth members also will have access to WorkflowOne's broad portfolio of marketing services and promotional products. CommonWealth Purchasing Group is a leading provider of group purchasing programs for community health centers in 22 states. CommonWealth provides its members and affiliates with streamlined procurement services and customer support that helps them control costs and gain efficiencies in patient care. As a rapidly expanding organization that has grown ten-fold over the past five years, CommonWealth Purchasing required a print provider with a nationwide footprint and more robust capabilities. In addition, the company wanted to provide its members with the technology needed to streamline their ordering process for print-related items. "Our members had been asking for a vendor partner that could provide a broader scope of print and print-related services on a national basis," said Richard Bryant, director of CommonWealth Purchasing Group. "In WorkflowOne, we found a highly capable partner that understands the unique needs of the health care profession and can recommend process improvements that yield savings. By controlling their print spend, our members will have more resources to devote to improved patient care." CommonWealth members will access WorkflowOne's web-based portal for simplified order entry and inventory management. In addition, through WorkflowOne's performance management toolset called TrackOne, members will have easy access to reporting and performance metrics.
