Redacted Version of Valassis Complaint Against ADVO Available

LIVONIA, Mich., Aug. 31 -- Yesterday, Valassis Communications, Inc. sued ADVO, Inc. in the Delaware Chancery Court to rescind its $1.3 billion merger agreement based on fraud and material adverse changes. A redacted version of the complaint is now available at http://media.corporate-ir.net/media_files/irol/11/119431/vci083106.pdf. Valassis has asked ADVO to waive any arguable application of the confidentiality agreement related to the merger to allow the public to review all of the grounds to the lawsuit.
