The PIA/GATF instituted the InterTech Technology Award nearly thirty years ago as an industry service to promote an understanding of advanced technology in the graphic arts. The criteria for nomination stress that the technology be recently developed, proven in an industrial application, but not yet in widespread use. In essence, the award stands as a prediction that the recipient technology will have a major impact on industry production and profitability. DALiM MiSTRAL is unique web-based solution that automates and communicates the planning, staffing, scheduling and tracking of print and publishing projects.
