Xitron and Dynagram Announce Joint Service Promotion

The Service Agreement includes upgrades, maintenance updates and unlimited technical support (telephone and email) for twelve months on any DynaStrip product purchase made through Xitron. The value of this service agreement is $795-$1450, dependent on the version of product purchased. All services under this special program will be provided by the Dynagram Technical Support team. Requests for support are handled through an online web form. Once received, a Dynagram Support Team member contacts the customer to answer their specific question. This offer is for users in the USA and Canada. For users outside the USA and Canada, an International Upgrade Agreement is being included which provides unlimited upgrades, all maintenance updates and application filters. “Xitron and Dynagram have worked closely together over the past several years to provide our workflow users with a comprehensive imposition solution,” stated R.
