Scott Seymour Joins Workflow Management As General Counsel

GREENWICH, Conn. May 30, 2006 -- Workflow Management Inc., one of North America’s leading providers of document and business communication services and promotional products, announced that Scott Seymour has joined the management team as general counsel for all of the company’s subsidiaries, including WorkflowOne, Relizon Canada, United Envelope and Freedom Graphics Services. He will report to Greg C. Mosher, CEO and chairman, while maintaining offices in Greenwich, Conn., and Dayton, Ohio. Previously, Seymour was a partner with Virginia-based law firm of Kaufman & Canoles, PC, where his practice concentrated on commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial financing arrangements and negotiation of customer and supply chain agreements. He has served as outside counsel to Workflow Management since 1998 and has deep industry expertise, with clients that have included print management companies, distributors of advertising specialty products and direct mail providers. Seymour received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Christopher Newport University and his Doctorate of Law degree with honors from the University of Richmond Law School. Before entering legal practice, he was a certified public accountant. In his role as general counsel of Workflow Management, Seymour will be responsible for all legal activities for parent company and its subsidiaries, including retaining and managing outside counsel, sales and vendor contracts, support of mergers and acquisitions and assisting with lease negotiations.
