Valassis has been acknowledged every year since FORTUNE began publishing the list in 1998, and this year is ranked 69th on the list. Valassis is one of 21 companies to consistently be named to the list and was named as one of the distinguished companies in the list's "Hall of Fame" last year. FORTUNE also evaluates each company's benefits and practices, such as communication, diversity and philanthropy.
