FedEx Kinko's Honors Center of the Year Award Winners

Press release from the issuing company

DALLAS--Oct. 31, 2005-- FedEx Kinko's, an operating company of FedEx Corp., today announced its "Center of the Year" winners. The annual competition recognizes the best-of-the-best at delivering superior financial performance, customer service and care for the environment. The New York Vanderbilt Center won top honors in the category of best standalone location. The Phoenix Central Avenue and Collier Center locations were awarded best cluster, which is a group of two or more locations that operate together as a business unit. Over two weekends, more than 45 team members from the winning locations and their guests are being treated to an all-expenses-paid weekend at Walt Disney World or Disneyland. While the team members are away, FedEx Kinko's top senior management, regional executives, and other area team members will staff the centers. "Through this annual event, FedEx Kinko's executives have a unique opportunity to work alongside our team members," said Gary Kusin, president and chief executive officer of FedEx Kinko's. "In addition, the Center of the Year celebration allows us to stay in touch with customer needs by serving them directly." "It's an honor to fill in on the front lines while the team members enjoy their celebration weekend," added Ken May, executive vice president and chief operating officer for FedEx Kinko's. "It's our way of recognizing their commitment to the FedEx Shared Values and to delivering an outstanding customer experience."
