Press release from the issuing company

Itasca, IL & Streamwood, IL - October 16, 2005 - Punch Graphix, under its Xeikon brand, announces the purchase of a Xeikon 5000 digital color press by Streamwood, Illinois-based TVP Color Graphics, Inc. - a leading supplier of high-volume, variable data printing solutions. With 20 years of experience in the graphic arts industry, TVP Color Graphics (Think Variable Print) is a major printing solutions provider to Chicago's print community and also provides overflow capacity to some of the largest printing companies in the Midwest. The Xeikon 5000 will be installed at TVP's new 4.5-acre, state-of-the-art print facility, conveniently located just 15 miles west of Chicago's O'Hare International Airport. "With the Xeikon 5000, TVP Color Graphics will further enhance its competitive advantage in the high volume, variable data applications space by broadening its array of digitally printed products," according to Kristof Vereenooghe, President and CEO, Punch Graphix Americas. Apart from providing digital and conventional printing solutions, TVP Color Graphics also provides a host of data/design services, including creative retouching, multimedia and E- learning as well as document conversion and indexing. They also compliment their digital competence with traditional 4 color process expertise. On a more strategic level, the company focuses on producing effective, customized print communications and developing lasting client relationships. "Our primary business driver since our inception has been strong referrals by satisfied customers," says Bhaskar R. Ravi, President/Owner, TVP Color Graphics. TVP Color Graphics is a firm believer in utilizing the latest technology to grow and expand its business. The Xeikon 5000 is a major step in this direction as TVP found it to be the best-in- its-class digital color press. The Xeikon 5000 is the first digital color press which really succeeds in combining the best of two worlds: top quality throughout long run-lengths and unparalleled format flexibility. In addition to printing at speeds of 138 duplex letter-size pages per minute, the Xeikon 5000's 20 inch web width can print images of unlimited length. Xeikon's digital front-end, the X-800, has been developed with high productivity in mind: the controller can easily process print jobs incorporating complex graphics with variable data from over 1 million records. "As we move up from our 3 older generation Xeikon presses to the new platform, the Xeikon 5000 will enable us to better use programming technology to leverage the power of dynamic print communications for our customers," concludes Michael Intrator, who was awarded Sappi North American Printer of the Year-2000 and is Director of Sales at TVP Color Graphics.
